This depends on how often you journal. Our products are undated so you can go at your own pace and find out what works best for you. But if you were to journal daily, on average the journal would take 14 weeks to complete.

At the moment there is no digital or app version.

Yes, we do. Just send an email to hello@mentalevents.com and we will be happy to help.

We don’t currently have a gift option at checkout, but we’ve made sure not to include any pricing information inside our orders so if you would like to send a journal as a gift, the recipient won’t get this information sent to them.

At the moment there is no customization offer.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping notification via email and/or text. If you don’t receive it please check your spam/junk folder as sometimes it can end up there.

Please note that we only ship on business days, so orders placed on Friday after 4 pm (MST) or over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.

If you wish to change or cancel your order please email hello@mentalevents.com immediately after you have placed your order and we will do our best to help.

If you change your mind and want to cancel you order, please contact hello@mentalevents.com within 30 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to organize a refund for you.

This depends on where you live and what service you choose when checking out.

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order, your chosen delivery method and your location. To get the most accurate shipping cost for your order please add your chosen products to the car and head to checkout.
