Practicing mindfulness has shown me how to find balance against the current of everyday distractions. I’ve learned how to be more flexible with my thoughts and move toward what’s important. You’re capable of finding the balance and peace you deserve.

About

But, more than ever, we get caught up in what we "should" be doing, and end up going through the motions of our daily lives, seeking more instead of looking inward to achieve our deepest desires.

That's where I come in. With over 14 years of clinical experience and working with various evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I understand the challenges of prioritizing our own state of wellness.

We all deserve to feel happy and fulfilled.

I'm Todd Brossart.

My Story

Prioritize openness, flexibility, and curiosity over fixating on unimportant thoughts

Develop a healthier self-concept not defined by one outcome

Harness your thoughts to work for you, rather than be a running loop of distress in your mind

Become less attached to the perceptions of others

Let go of the unwritten "rules" that you believe are necessary for success

Recognize what is not within your control, to focus your energy on what you can control

Experience deeper, more meaningful relationships with the people who matter most to you

My professional experience, combined with my personal journey, has allowed me to develop practical, highly-effective tools and coaching techniques that empower you to:
